Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Make Ready Assistant, Multifamily, to support Market-Ready apartment preparation and ongoing property upkeep at Cornell Midtown Dallas. You will assist in cleaning, repairs, and exterior maintenance while delivering excellent resident service.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and basic maintenance/tooling knowledge. A professional appearance and strong safety mindset are essential for daily operations and team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA 608 Type II/11 certification preferred.
• Maintenance or related field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing market-ready apartments (painting, carpet cleaning, repairs).
• Support staff on projects, including trash/debris disposal and snow removal.
• Replace exterior light bulbs, maintain grounds equipment, install/remove signage.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog park amenities.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Attend required Cushman and Wakefield trainings.
• Deliver communications to residents as needed.
• Provide superior customer service and uphold the Cushman & Wakefield brand.
• Dress per uniform and professional appearance standards.
• Follow safety procedures and safeguard tools and equipment.
• Perform other related duties as required.
