Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Make Ready Assistant for Cornell Midtown Dallas to support preparing market-ready apartments, maintaining the property, and assisting team members. The role emphasizes safety, timely task execution, and strong guest service in a multifamily setting.

The candidate will help with painting, cleaning, minor repairs, exterior tasks, and daily operations while upholding Cushman & Wakefield brand standards and professional attire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some experience in related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• EPA 608 certification (minimum Type 11) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing market-ready apartments (painting, carpet cleaning, repairs).
• Assist staff on projects and maintenance tasks across property.
• Perform exterior maintenance and sanitation of common areas and grounds.
• Report maintenance concerns to Supervisor and follow safety protocols.
