Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Make Ready technician to ensure vacant apartments are restored to market-ready condition and to perform general property maintenance. You will work on interior and exterior upkeep, report hazards, and support safety compliance while representing the company professionally.

Schedule is Monday-Friday with possible overtime. Candidates should have basic computer skills, HS diploma or GED, and provide their own hand tools; prior maintenance experience is required.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and safety experience required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Manual, task-oriented work under supervision.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must provide own industry-specific hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Use industry-specific technology to restore units to move-in ready condition within BH standards.
• Perform repairs and upkeep of exterior grounds and common areas.
• Identify and report hazards to Community/Service Manager.
• Ensure preventive maintenance programs are followed and documented.
• Maintain and secure property-issued tools.
• Post notices to vacate and other community communications.
• Understand OSHA safety requirements and applicable codes and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
