Job summary

Envolve LLC is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for Chelsea Apartments in El Paso, TX. You will perform repairs, troubleshoot systems, and conduct preventive maintenance for apartment equipment, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Must have own tools and be available for emergency maintenance calls around the clock. College degree and HVAC/EPA certifications are preferred; prior multifamily experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years maintenance experience required or equivalent.
• College degree preferred.
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred.
• Previous multifamily experience preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs, troubleshoots systems, and completes preventive maintenance.
• On-site basic repairs including HVAC, appliances, electrical, and plumbing.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled.
• Inspects and maintains grounds, common areas, and turnover units as directed.
• Documents maintenance requests, inventory parts, and performs admin duties.
• Ensures property complies with affordable housing programs.
