Envolve Community Management Company in Horizon City/El Paso, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, plumbing, and basic carpentry across several communities.

The role requires performing preventive maintenance, completing work orders and forms, assisting the maintenance supervisor and community manager, and delivering excellent customer service; responsiveness to emergencies is expected.

Qualifications

• Must repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes and sinks.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance duties and documentation.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24/7 and able to move heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Repair appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures and basic carpentry as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties and complete work orders.
• Maintain and file maintenance documentation accurately.
• Assist maintenance supervisor and community manager as needed.
