NALS Apartment Homes is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for Talavera Apartment Homes in Santa Fe, NM. The role focuses on maintaining multifamily units, responding to service requests, and ensuring safe, clean properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Previous painting experience required.
• Knowledge of building systems and unit turns.
• Knowledge in plumbing and pool & spa maintenance.
• Familiar with appliance repair, electrical repairs, and basic roofing repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance may be required.
• 40-hour work week with on-call rotation; weekend availability while on-call.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all service requests, callbacks, and/or work orders are performed properly and promptly.
• Complete assigned maintenance make-ready sheets.
• Turn vacant apartments.
• Maintain pools and spas, including chemical testing and furniture cleanliness.
• Maintain property grounds, workplace, and maintenance shop.
• Respond to after-hour calls and emergencies.
• Perform additional duties, responsibilities, or projects as assigned.
