Job summary

NALS Apartment Homes is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for La Mirage Apartment Homes in Albuquerque, NM. You will support maintenance operations, ensure timely work orders, and assist with make-readies and preventive tasks across the property.

Responsibilities include pool/spa care, grounds maintenance, after-hours support, and collaboration with on-site teams. A strong background in building systems, plumbing, electrical, and painting is preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Previous painting experience preferred.
• Skills relating to all building systems.
• Knowledge of unit turn process.
• Knowledge in plumbing and pool/spa.
• Familiar with appliance repair, electrical repairs, and basic roofing repairs.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all service requests, callbacks, and/or work orders are performed properly and promptly.
• Complete assigned maintenance make-ready sheets.
• Turn vacant apartments.
• Maintain pools and spas, including chemical testing and furniture cleanliness.
• Maintain property grounds, workplace, and maintenance shop.
• Respond to after-hour calls and emergencies.
• Perform additional duties, responsibilities, or projects as assigned.
