Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on property maintenance experience (affordable housing experience a plus).
• Training or certification in building systems, HVAC, or trades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Respond to resident work orders and document work in the property management system.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and select proper repair methods.
• Replace and install fixtures such as faucets, outlets, lightbulbs, locks, and cabinets.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
