Milhaus is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain mechanical, electrical systems, plumbing, and grounds at residential properties. The role emphasizes timely work order completion, safety, and collaboration with Milhaus teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum demonstrated maintenance/repair experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English language proficiency written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Receive service work orders and complete work within 24 hours.
• Police grounds daily and as needed.
• Refurbish vacant units within five working days or less.
• Perform painting, cleaning and general grounds work as required.
• Operate various mechanical or power tools and equipment.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Report property losses or incidents promptly.
• Adhere to company policies, safety and OSHA standards.
