Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support property upkeep, complete routine repairs, and develop essential trade skills for advancement within multifamily maintenance. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with on-call responsibilities as needed.

Compensation ranges from $20 to $24 per hour based on experience, with renewal bonuses potential. This position focuses on safety, efficiency, and reliable resident service within a dynamic on-site team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year maintenance or porter experience (multifamily preferred).
• Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Complete routine service requests and make-ready tasks.
• Perform paint touch-ups and minor repairs.
• Replace basic hardware, fixtures, screens, and outlets.
• Assist with inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Support seasonal preparation and storm response.
• Maintain clean work and storage areas.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
• Follow all company safety protocols.
• Maintain a basic personal tool kit.
• Complete required training and compliance courses.
• This role may include additional duties consistent with the position.
