The role covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and appliance maintenance across a diverse portfolio of multifamily communities. HVAC experience and a valid driver\'s license are required. Join our expanding team and contribute to timely work orders and resident service.

Formación

• HVAC experience is required.
• At least one year of maintenance experience preferred.
• Honest with time reporting and punctual.
• Valid driver\'s license may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain property clean and free of debris and perform regular repairs.
• Plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance maintenance for multifamily properties.
• Install and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Labor and coordination with managers and vendors to complete work orders.
• Turn units efficiently, aiming for timely completion of resident requests.
• Update work orders in PM software and communicate status to residents.
