Job summary

The Lawson Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team and deliver responsive maintenance for LRC managed properties. You will address service requests, emergencies, and a range of trades to keep interiors and exteriors in top condition.

We require at least a high school diploma and one year in maintenance, plus Type I & II CFC Certification or ability to obtain within a year. A valid driver’s license and weather-ready mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year maintenance trade experience.
• Type I & II CFC Refrigerant Certification or ability to obtain within one year.

Responsibilities

• Service requests and perform assigned projects with good workmanship.
• On-call emergency service as directed.
• Repair/replace HVAC systems, gas/electric appliances, and fixtures.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, painting, concrete, masonry, carpentry work.
• Preventative maintenance and follow procedures.
• Ensure completion of work requests within 24 hours.
• Report resident concerns to Supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
