Job summary
Monarch Investment and Management Group in Minot, ND is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join one of our multifamily communities. This role involves hands-on maintenance work, electrical, appliance repair, and water heater tasks, with a schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, plus on-call duties.
We offer competitive pay of $22–$24 per hour, plus on-call compensation, quarterly bonuses, and strong benefits including affordable health insurance, PTO, holiday pay, and a 20%
Qualifications
- 1+ years of general maintenance experience.
- HVAC Certification (Preferred).
- EPA License (Preferred).
- CPO Certification (Preferred).
