Job summary

Eagle Rock Properties in Mount Laurel Township, NJ, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain apartments, exterior, and common areas under the direction of the Property Manager. You’ll tackle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the property.

The role requires 3–5+ years in trades or residential building maintenance, strong communication, and availability for weekends and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in the trades or residential building maintenance.
• Strong leadership aptitude and experience preferred.
• Knowledge of risk management, OSHA, and MSDS.

Responsibilities

• Show care for residents through timely follow-ups and complete service tickets.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Manage make-ready and turnover to ensure units can be leased and moved-in.
• Preserve building value with preventative maintenance programs.
