Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in trades, facilities, or residential building maintenance.
• Leadership ability and prior supervision preferred.
• Knowledge of risk management, OSHA, and MSDS.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical trades, and appliance repair proficiency.
• Basic carpentry, drywall, and painting skills.
• Safety-minded with strong attention to detail.
• Builder's mentality and proactive problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• On-call availability for emergencies and weekends.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs frequently and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Show care for residents with timely follow-ups and meticulous service tickets.
• Resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
• Manage make-ready and apartment turnover for leasing readiness.
• Perform preventative maintenance to preserve building value.
• Maintain building aesthetics, grounds, snow removal and safety.
• Ensure peak efficiency of all property components.
• Adhere to building, county, and safety codes; maintain accident-free operation.
• Work weekends and participate in emergency on-call rotation.
