TriBridge is a full-service multifamily investment, management, and development company based in Atlanta, GA. It currently manages approximately 7,000 units and $1.3 billion in assets. The firm focuses on Southeast markets and provides a vertically integrated platform with a 25+ year track record through its subsidiaries and affiliates.

Requirements:

• Must have multi-family experience
• A minimum of 2-year work experience in the service maintenance field
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and write English
• HVAC certification is required
• The ability to display balance/equilibrium at heights above 5 feet and lift 50 pounds is essential
• Must own required tools
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Working knowledge of general property operations, safety, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and fireplaces is essential
• Plumbing and Electrical a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing
• Appliance Repair a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing
