Responsibilities

• Complete work orders promptly and update residents and management.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance; participate in trainings.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and assist with grounds maintenance.
• Support special projects and respond to emergencies as needed.
