University City Housing in Philadelphia seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform skilled building trades, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair. You will maintain, repair, and renovate residential units and common areas while delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, completing repairs, maintaining service records, and preparing homes for move-in.

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance technician or in property management preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass background checks.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, A/C, heating/HVAC, appliances, tile, carpet, walls and flooring.
• Maintain service records for all work completed.
• Renovate and prepare homes for move-in; ensure successful completion of assignments.
• Snow removal and preventative maintenance as needed.
