Equity Real Estate Management (EREM) is hiring a Maintenance Specialist to service multifamily properties in the Lone Oak, Texas area. You will inspect, repair and maintain units, grounds and equipment, ensuring safety and cleanliness in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and communication are essential.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem solving.
• Fluent English; Spanish or additional languages helpful.
• Basic math and data entry ability required.
• Knowledge of building maintenance, HVAC, electrical and plumbing basics.
• Ability to read outlines, follow procedures and safely operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain property, buildings and equipment per policies.
• Prioritize and complete unit make-readies and service requests promptly.
• Supervise contractors and vendors for satisfactory performance.
• Keep grounds and units safe, functional and presentable.
• Address emergencies and safety hazards, reporting to the Property Manager.
• Assist with inventory and safe use of tools and materials.
