The ideal candidate will maintain apartment homes, common areas, and facilities, diagnose and repair electrical/hvac systems, appliances, and plumbing, and uphold safety standards while delivering excellent resident

Qualifications

• CAMT designation preferred or equivalent maintenance experience.
• Experience in multifamily apartment maintenance environment.
• Strong ability to diagnose problems quickly and perform repairs independently.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electric hot water heaters.
• Troubleshoot and repair electric furnaces.
• Servicing gas furnaces at designated properties.
• Appliance repair and replacement.
• Minor plumbing repairs and installations.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Complete maintenance service requests efficiently.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
• Ensure work is completed safely and to company standards.
• Assist with community upkeep and property appearance.
• Respond to maintenance priorities as assigned by management.
