Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of multi-family apartment maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform maintenance and repair building trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC system, and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections for safety hazards and maintenance deficiencies.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, and janitorial duties as assigned.
• Participate in emergency maintenance coverage as scheduled.
