Are you passionate about problem-solving and fulfilling work? Augusta Rental Homes seeks to recruit a skilled and diligent Maintenance Technician to join our expanding team. This individual will be responsible for maintenance and turnovers at a portfolio of apartment communities in the Richmond County or Columbia County, GA area.

Our objective is to guarantee a secure and pleasant living environment for residents, guests, and employees. We are looking for another exceptional team member. The Maintenance Technician will execute assigned responsibilities and additional duties as directed by the Portfolio Manager. This is a full-time position with eligibility for gas reimbursements, health/dental/vision coverage, and 401(k) plan participation.

Compensation: $23 - $28 hourly
