About Us:

Ten27 Living is a growing multifamily real estate firm with a focus on delivering high-quality living experiences for our residents and maintaining strong operational standards across our portfolio. We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Cincinnati and support the day-to-day operations of our multifamily properties.

Position Overview:

The Maintenance Technician/Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our apartment communities. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and can work both independently and as part of a team. The role will include a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Handle routine service requests and work orders promptly and professionally
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently
• Turn units for new residents (paint, repairs, cleaning, etc.)
• Maintain property grounds, common areas, and ensure curb appeal
• Assist with vendor coordination and oversee contractors when needed
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities in our work order system
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as part of a rotating on-call schedule

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing
• Strong knowledge of general building systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.)
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• EPA or HVAC certification is a plus (required for Supervisor-level role)
