We are seeking a skilled and dependable Property Maintenance & Renovation Technician to join our team. This position focuses on construction, repair, and maintenance work. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in a variety of construction tasks, with experience in multifamily residential environments and a strong commitment to quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform interior and exterior repairs and renovations on multifamily properties.
Execute minor plumbing tasks such as fixture replacements, leak repairs, and basic troubleshooting.
Handle minor electrical work including outlet and switch replacements, light fixture installations, and basic diagnostics.
Complete carpentry tasks such as door and trim repairs, cabinet adjustments, and hardware installation.
Conduct general property maintenance to ensure safe and functional living environments.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
Communicate effectively with property managers, tenants, and team members.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in construction, renovation, or property maintenance.
Strong knowledge of minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repair techniques.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently and independently.
Experience working on multifamily residential properties is .
Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
