Vintage Realty Company seeks a Maintenance Technician for The Reserve at Couret Farms in Lafayette, LA. The role focuses on maintaining the community's physical integrity, with duties spanning plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry as needed.

The successful candidate will handle apartment make-ready, complete work orders, perform inspections, use hand and power tools, and support organized parts storage. Weekend availability and rotating on-call are required; equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Apartment make ready process for vacant units
• Completion of assigned work orders for repairs and improvements
• Appliance repairs, plumbing, electrical, some HVAC, carpentry, locks and sheetrock maintenance and repair duties
• Property and vacant unit inspections
• Use of basic hand tools and power tools
• Assist with keeping the parts and storage areas organized and secured
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as needed
• Additional duties as assigned
