Vintage Realty Company seeks a Maintenance Technician for The Reserve at Couret Farms in Lafayette, LA. The role focuses on maintaining the community's physical integrity, with duties spanning plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry as needed.

The successful candidate will handle apartment make-ready, complete work orders, perform inspections, use hand and power tools, and support organized parts storage. Weekend availability and rotating on-call are required; equal opportunity employer.

• Assist with keeping the parts and storage areas organized and secured
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as needed

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community at all times. The successful candidate will have related experience including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Weekend availability and call out time on a rotating basis is required.
