Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants in Denver, CO seeks a Maintenance Technician II to perform skilled repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. You’ll work independently on service requests, preventative maintenance, and full make-readies while upholding safety and high property standards.

We value teamwork and empowerment. The role requires 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience, EPA or CPO certifications preferred, and flexibility for on-call hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience required (multifamily preferred).
• Intermediate-level skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Working knowledge of appliances.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
• Diagnose and repair intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
• Participate in move-in/move-out inspections.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
• Demonstrate safe operation of tools, diagnostic equipment, and chemical safety procedures.
• Maintain personal tool inventory.
• Complete required safety and compliance training.
