Job summary

American Landmark Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for The Griffin, a 455-unit community located in Brandon, FL. This full-time role focuses on daily repair and upkeep, responding to work orders within 24 hours, and completing make-ready apartments for leasing.

We offer a competitive hourly salary of $20.00–$24.00, plus a new bonus structure, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) with match, and rent discounts.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in multi-family housing
• HVAC Certified (Requirement)
• Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting ability
• Irrigation knowledge

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Responding to work orders within 24 hours
• Complete the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing
• Complete paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked
• Tracking inventory used
• Notifying the Maintenance Supervisor about re-ordering needs
