Ginkgo Residential LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Service Manager in maintaining the community. You will perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including preventative, corrective, emergency, and cosmetic repairs to ensure apartment homes and spaces meet company standards and resident expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily or residential property management.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general building systems knowledge preferred or ability to obtain certification.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a people-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
• Complete service requests promptly and professionally, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Prepare vacant apartment homes by inspections and necessary make-ready repairs.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general building systems.
• Coordinate and monitor work by third-party vendors to ensure quality and safety.
