Red Tail Residential is seeking a part-time Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across multi-family communities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and appliance repairs. You will ensure safety standards are met, assist with unit readiness for occupancy, and support residents and the property team with reliable maintenance service.

Flexible scheduling may be required, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a maintenance technician; multifamily experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency in two or more trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• EPA Universal certification and CPO certifications preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use property management software.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair building systems (HVAC, ventilation).
• Perform electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Service appliances (stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers).
• Complete light carpentry, drywall, and hardware repairs.
• Install and maintain flooring, cabinets, and countertops.
• Prepare units for occupancy and assist with seasonal maintenance.
• Inspect and clean common mechanical and storage areas.
