Job summary

Red Tail Residential, LLC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across multi-family housing communities. Duties include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs, ensuring safety standards and high resident satisfaction.

The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and driving as needed for site coverage. Prior condo/multisite experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a maintenance technician; multifamily experience preferred.
• Skills: Basic proficiency in two or more trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building systems (HVAC, ventilation).
• Perform electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Service appliances (stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers).
• Complete light carpentry, drywall, and hardware repairs.
• Install and maintain flooring, cabinets, and countertops.
• Prepare units for occupancy and assist with seasonal maintenance.
• Inspect and clean common mechanical and storage areas.
