You will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance, and lighting repairs, and you’ll turn apartments quickly for new residents with high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of multi-family maintenance experience.
• HVAC experience.
• Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds.
• Friendly, service-focused attitude residents will appreciate.
• Able to work independently, stay organized, and move with urgency.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, insurance, and basic hand tools.

Responsibilities
