Qualifications

• EPA certification required (Type I, II, or Universal).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing.
• Strong technical skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and handle multiple work orders.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Physical work including lifting, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and resolve maintenance issues across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and building components.
• Correct unsafe conditions swiftly and safely.
• Support asset preservation by monitoring building and security systems.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance to improve performance and reduce downtime.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and spare parts for timely work orders.
• Respond to on-call rotations and emergency situations.
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents and team members.
