You will interact with residents and team members, document work, and help preserve property assets. The role requires EPA certification and 1–3 years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing.

Qualifications

• EPA certification (Type I, II, or Universal) is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years in maintenance, facilities, or multi‑family housing preferred.
• Strong technical skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, and general building systems.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and handle multiple work orders.
• Willingness to operate tools and maintenance equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and resolve maintenance issues involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, appliances, flooring, stairs, railings, and other building components.
• Correct unsafe conditions such as broken lights, damaged gates, open holes, or other hazards, quickly and safely.
• Support asset preservation by monitoring and reporting on building and security systems.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC units, equipment, and building systems to reduce downtime.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and spare parts to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Respond to on‑call rotations and emergency maintenance situations, assisting residents and property needs.
• Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with residents and team members.
• Document completed work and report recurring issues or safety concerns to supervisor.
