Job summary

29th Street Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for a portfolio and to supervise Maintenance Technicians. The role requires HVAC experience and a focus on preventive maintenance, safety, and timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities include coordinating work orders, managing vendor relations, and ensuring unit turns and inspections are completed on schedule.

Qualifications

• Superior organization and communication skills.
• HVAC experience is required.
• One year of maintenance or property management experience preferred.
• CPO and EPA certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for portfolio and supervise Maintenance Technicians.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Coordinate work orders, vendors, and resident requests within 24 hours.
• Ensure vacancies are prepared within 7 days and manage unit turns with cleaning/painting contractors.
• Adhere to property budgets for repairs and maintenance expenses and report variances.
• Mentor staff and ensure safety and quality in all tasks.
