Qualifications

• Minimum three years maintenance experience in the multifamily industry.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Refrigeration certification (type 2 or universal).
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• CPO certification (if required in the state and location applied).
• Knowledge of OneSite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and higher level maintenance services such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, HVAC.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Be available on-call, including weekends and nights (on-call bonus).
• Participate in preventative maintenance including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment; maintain supplies and equipment.
