Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and pool maintenance.
• Ability to resolve resident maintenance needs with high service levels.
• Strong communication and leadership to guide team, residents, and vendors.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards daily.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the leader for the Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers.
• Oversee hands-on maintenance to protect community value and safety.
• Inspect and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, and related systems.
• Manage work orders, PMs, turns, and daily maintenance priorities.
• Schedule contractors and vendors as needed and monitor safety compliance.
