• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all market-ready apartments and performs cleaning, repairs, and housekeeping to ensure quality for residents.
• Completes resident service requests promptly and communicates effectively with residents.
• Performs maintenance tasks including plumbing, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, painting, and life safety duties.
