Whitecap Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our multi-family property team in Minnesota. We welcome experienced technicians and are willing to train the right candidate who has basic mechanical knowledge and a hands-on approach.

The technician will be a jack-of-all-trades, maintaining building systems, responding to work orders promptly, and ensuring residents enjoy a safe, well-maintained home environment. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance role in multi-family properties.
• Willingness to train the right candidate.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on apartments during move-ins/turnovers.
• Complete work orders within 24 hours.
• Maintain common areas for safety and appearance.
• Perform quality repairs in a clean, workmanlike manner.
