Job summary

North Terrace Property Management seeks an Apartment Maintenance Technician to service two Edwardsville, KS communities. The role offers weekday hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm) and a pay range of $25–30/hour based on experience.

You will handle routine and emergency maintenance, respond to resident requests, turn units, and perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks while coordinating with vendors and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential/multi-family maintenance preferred.
• Familiar with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Good communication and customer service skills required.
• Valid driver's license and own tools required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work outdoors in any weather.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine and emergency maintenance requests
• Respond to resident work orders promptly and professionally
• Turn vacant units for new residents
• Perform HVAC service and repair
• Handle light plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
• Complete painting, drywall, carpentry, and flooring repairs
• Coordinate with outside vendors as needed
• Walk the property and post resident notices
• Keep accurate maintenance records
