Location: Edwardsville, KS (2 apartment communities)

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of two multi‑family apartment communities in Edwardsville, KS. This is a hands‑on role focused on property maintenance with limited operational support.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance
• Respond to resident work orders promptly and professionally
• Prepare vacant units for new residents (unit turns)
• HVAC service and maintenance
• Light plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Painting, drywall, carpentry, and flooring repair
• Assist with vendor coordination as needed
• Conduct property walks and post resident notices
• Maintain accurate records of work performed

Requirements

• Experience in residential or multi‑family maintenance preferred
