CSC Management is seeking a Maintenance Tech to perform maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of our properties. Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, HVAC work, and appliance repairs, with on-call duties and weekend work as needed.

The role emphasizes preventative inspections, responsive service, and maintaining clean, safe common areas across multiple properties in the region. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
• Respond to tenant service requests and coordinate repairs with tenants.
• Make ready apartments with painting, caulking, drywall, and related tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure safety of common areas.
