Job summary

You will prep vacant apartments and perform plumbing, electrical, painting, masonry and carpentry work to keep properties in top condition.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year maintenance trade experience.
• Formal training in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall installation or air conditioning.
• Be available to report to work during inclement weather events for property clean up and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Vacant apartment prep.
• Perform maintenance projects in a timely manner with good workmanship.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, painting, concrete, masonry, minor extermination and carpentry work.
• Repair, replace or install signage, glass, tile, carpet, cove base, fixtures, venetian blinds, locks, doorknobs and hinges as needed.
• Inspections and inventory control.
• Janitorial duties and on-the-spot corrections in janitorial services.
• Assist in janitorial work by reporting deficiencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
