Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with at least 1 year of maintenance trade experience.
• Formal training in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, or air conditioning.
• Must be available to report to work during inclement weather for property clean up and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Vacant apartment prep.
• Perform maintenance projects in a timely manner across trades (plumbing, electrical, painting, concrete, masonry, carpentry).
• Repair/replace/install signage, glass, tile, cove base, fixtures, venetian blinds, locks, doorknobs, hinges.
• Inspections.
• Turn Inventory control.
• Janitorial duties and on-the-spot corrections.
• Other duties as assigned.
