Job summary

Worcester Communities in Grain Valley, MO seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure smooth operation and upkeep of our rental community. You will oversee daily maintenance requests, coordinate with the team, and drive preventive maintenance programs to extend asset life.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, EPA Type I/II, CPO or CAMT certifications preferred, and a valid driver's license. You will manage resources within budget and lead safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• EPA Type I and II certifications; CAMT preferred; CPO if applicable; other required licenses.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in varying environmental conditions.
• Strong organizational skills and clear communication with residents and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing maintenance operations and coordinating the daily service requests.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance to extend asset life.
• Manage inventory and budget-aligned resources for the maintenance shop.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team, reinforce safety practices.
• Ensure quality, inspections, and compliance with OSHA and fair housing laws.
