Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Leasing Consultant for multifamily properties in Bloomington, MN. You will work with the onsite management team to lease apartments, greet prospects, and guide them through qualification and move-in processes.

The role emphasizes customer service, organization, and accuracy in paperwork, with duties including tours, rent qualification, and preparing apartments for move-in.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills in a Windows environment.

Responsabilités

• Tour the property with prospects and answer questions about amenities and grounds.
• Highlight community quality and lifestyle to drive sales.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment and initiate background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Provide unmatched service to residents to support retention.
• Coordinate paperwork related to apartment rentals and perform office tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
