Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Leasing Consultant for a Multifamily community in Houston, TX. In this role you will work with onsite management to welcome prospects and residents, tour the property, and guide applicants through the leasing process.

You will prepare apartments for move-in, qualify applicants, coordinate background checks, and deliver exceptional service to retain residents. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
• Able to be courteous, professional and organized.
• Able to meet deadlines and follow company policies.

Responsibilities

• Tour property with prospects and answer questions about amenities and grounds.
• Highlight community quality and lifestyle to drive sales.
• Qualify prospects for an apartment and initiate background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Deliver exceptional service to residents and support retention.
• Coordinate paperwork related to rentals and perform related office tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
