Responsibilities

• Tour property with prospects to generate interest and answer questions about amenities and grounds.
• Highlight the quality of the community and the lifestyle of an apartment home to drive sales.
• Qualify prospects for apartments by collecting information and initiating background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Deliver outstanding service to residents and assist with retention.
• Manage office activities and coordinate paperwork related to rentals.
• Other duties as assigned.
