Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a multifamily property in Rancho Del Mar. You will work with onsite management to greet visitors, answer questions about amenities, and highlight the lifestyle of the community to drive occupancy and rent growth.

You will qualify prospects, coordinate background checks, ensure apartments are ready for move-in, and provide exceptional service to residents while maintaining accurate leasing paperwork.

• Deliver outstanding service to residents to support retention.
• Coordinate paperwork related to rentals and support office activities.
