Hines is seeking a Leasing Professional - Multifamily to join our Chicago team. You will lead property tours, process leases, and support marketing, advertising, and sales activities to sustain occupancy.
Candidates should have customer service or sales experience, basic to intermediate MS Office skills, and experience with property management software. A IL real estate leasing license must be obtained within 120 days. The role requires flexibility with weekends and holidays.

As a Leasing Professional - Multifamily with Hines, you will be responsible for partnering with the team pertaining to the property’s marketing, advertising, and sales activities. You will also provide resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease and secure resident lease renewals.
